What: Brenthaven is seeking to hire an Offline Marketing Coordinator who will be in charge of owning the Brenthaven brand in the offline space. The person in this role will be work closely with a cross-functional team managing all product launches, tradeshow events and overall sales support. This role is based in their Seattle office in Pioneer Square and initially will report to the CEO.

• You know how to deliver clear and concise direction > whether this is to an outside contracter or to the internal team. Nothing is left to surprise.
• You enjoy engaging in the product development process, which allows you to understand the audience the product is targeted toward.
• You enjoy managing our outside contractors, from photography to videography to print agencies. You are able to establish the right connections, ensuring the best results on any given project.
• You are flexible. One day you could be in the office working on a Marketing launch, the next managing a 3-day videography shoot. And you love it.
• You enjoy working independently in an entrepreneurial environment that is casual and fun, but results-oriented.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a professional marketing department or college education.
• Experience managing advertising campaigns, direct mailers and overall product launch plans. Ability to develop benchmarking, testing and analysis to quantify the impact of each project/program
• Support sales staff with in-office Marketing materials and new product information.
• Manage Marketing efforts for the different pillars of our business — Camera/ Education/ Retail/ Corporate/ Specialty/ etc.
• Manage all tradeshow and event efforts. This includes identifying, assembling, coordinating, establishing contacts, developing schedules and logistics.
• Work in tandem with the Online Marketing Coordinator to ensure consistency across all communications.
• Work closely with PR team — responsible for outreach of all press related activities. Act as the Media contact.
• Act as liaison for all our outside contractors, including print agencies and other vendors.
• Track record of working successfully with a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional results.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and being a self-starter; strong interest in consumer, technology, and entrepreneurship within an established leading brand.
• Analytical skills to collect, analyze and communicate effectiveness of campaign results.
• Strong computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
