Our award-winning Sodo Park event venue is located in the heart of Seattle’s historic SoDo district just minutes from downtown Seattle. This one-of-a-kind venue blends historical significance with modern day elegance for an ambient charm that can be dressed up or down for any event. Housed in a repurposed century-old factory, Sodo Park’s urban loft design features 7,500 square feet of floor space, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and millwork, reclaimed lighting and a distinctive warm fusion of modern and rustic accents running throughout.

Sodo Park is a full service venue. Complete venue services include innovative, seasonal menus and bar service from the award-winning Herban Feast Catering, experienced staff and chefs, pre-event planning and coordination. We also offer event styling, specialty rentals and floral décor from our Herban Design Studio. Coordination of audio and visual enhancements, photo booths, coat check and valet parking are available. Additionally, we are happy to refer you to experienced partners who can provide you with planning services, photography and video, event design, DJs and more.

Sodo Park is an ideal location for Seattle weddings, holiday parties, corporate events, receptions, galas, fundraisers and auctions. Recommended capacity for Sodo Park is approximately 325 seated and up to 450 for standing receptions.
