What: Avidex is looking for an Marketing Coordinator to assist with a wide range of marketing activities and administrative duties including, but not limited to, generating marketing collateral, communication with the sales team, online marketing, publishing and research. Job responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

Position:
Assist with planning and support of sales and marketing events
Provide graphics support and production for marketing collateral, email blasts, sales proposals, brochures and project profiles as well as updating company documents and presentations
Utilize custom marketing dashboard reporting concepts including customer and market research, competitive analysis and behavioral data
Provide trade show support as well as maintain company memberships with trade groups and associations
Validate and research leads from networking forms and cold calling
Focus marketing efforts around SEO identifying key ad words to assist in increased sales leads and improved lead/close efforts
Responsible for social media postings on several platforms
Setup, review and deploy video and automated email campaigns
Track metrics and success criteria for marketing program activities
Order and inventory business cards, uniforms, company swag and corporate collateral
Measure and report performance of digital marketing plans and programs (ROI and KPIs)

Requirements: 

Thorough knowledge and proven success with social media campaigns, online publishing and ROI tracking
Proven ability and desire to develop and build relationships with customers
Excellent written and verbal skills including excellent grammar and copy accuracy as well as the ability to make presentations
Proven administrative skills including attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, research capabilities and problem solving
Effective oral and written interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel at all levels
Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous multiple-level projects and tasks with internal departments and meet demanding deadlines
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration required

Experience: 2+ years’ of relevant work experience in marketing with some prior experience in either inside or outside sales

Computer Experience: Expertise using Photoshop, Illustrator (in a PC environment), WordPress, HTML and Microsoft Office applications
