What: Explore Consulting is seeking an experienced Web Developer & Designer looking for an opportunity to showcase their talent in an environment that encourages creativity and innovation. You will work with clients and Explore’s in-house team to develop cloud-based eCommerce websites on multiple leading platforms including NetSuite, Amazon Webstore, WordPress and more. Responsibilities:
• Lead client projects from kickoff calls through design, implementation, testing and launching of new websites
• Work directly with clients to understand and find creative solutions to their requirements though design and front end coding
• Design and build cutting-edge websites and web based applications
• Participate in the ongoing development of technical, design and ecommerce best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in web application design and development
• Proficient with content management systems and/or web site production tools and related processes
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of coding/application design best practices
• Excellent ability to communicate with diverse groups of users and developers
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Responsive Web Design and Mobile application development a plus
