The Vice President of Marketing, Traveler Services will be accountable for driving marketing efforts to ensure Concur’s 18M+ business travelers are aware of, adopt, use, and are delighted with our traveler-related products and services. Specific areas of focus will be:

• Developing and executing all marketing plans that involve reaching Concur’s business travelers, creating awareness of the products and services directly available to them, facilitating their ability to learn more about them, and ultimately allowing them to enroll.
• In conjunction with R&D and the Client Services teams, working to define marketing requirements for all new and existing go-forward services for the traveler.
• Creating customer insight mechanisms with travelers to gather feedback on services, measuring satisfaction, and garnering ideas for futher improvements.

As a member of the global marketing leadership team, the VP, Marketing, Traveler Services also contributes to the strategic direction and vision of the overall marketing organization, participates in key high-level business decisions and plays a role in setting overall marketing objectives. This role reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. Responsibilities:

• Define market requirements and execute marketing plans for all Concur travel-related services. Success will be measured by achievement of revenue targets.
• Create appropriate feedback mechanisms with all of Concur’s travelers. Success will be measured by achievement of traveler satisfaction goals and ongoing incorporation of traveler feedback into services.
• Work with each business unit to ensure that all marketing activities are appropriate and relevant for each segment and geography. Success will be measured by achievement of revenue goals in each business unit.
• Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
• Moderate travel required

Experience & Training required:


• Minimum of ten years in a sales/marketing management position with an appropriate blend of marketing experience across both consumer and business to business products or services.
• Minimum five years experience marketing/selling services to consumers online.
• Experience in delivering solutions in a services model is desired.
• BS/BA in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• MBA is strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
