Position: eComm Marketing Analyst
Where: Bellevue
What:  Creates and drives new customer acquisition, through shopping comparison engines, marketplaces, display networks and through new partner testing. Plays an instrumental role in all stages of the customer lifecycle with responsibility for communicating key value propositions.

Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
• Administers the day to day drugstore.com marketplace functions, including but not limited to promotional planning, storefront maintenance, reporting and addressing technical circumstances as they arise.
• Reviews shopping comparison engines, working with third party provider (Channel Advisor) on campaign optimization and makes recommendations for enhancement/improvement.
• Develops and implements acquisition email marketing campaigns, specifically focusing on maximizing, clicks, conversions, and new customer acquisition.
• Coordinates and supports CPM/CPC/CPA performance-based marketing programs with ad networks.
• Collaborates with creative, production and technical teams on conceptual development of banners, landing pages and emails to ensure they meet business needs. Communicates key value proposition to stakeholders.
• Grows channel through business development with new and existing partners. Works with Affiliate Marketing and Affiliate Marketing partners. Works closely with vendor partners.
• Identifies new opportunities and develops plans/proposals for implementing scalable media programs to generate orders.
• Tracks, measures and analyzes performance of online advertising campaigns ; designs test strategies and refines creative in order to optimize results. Communicates key value propositions to stakeholders.
• May prepare standard reports and analysis on partner performance in order to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Stays abreast of business trends and presents new ideas to drive business of all drugstore.com brands.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications & Interests
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of On-line Marketing and/or internet business development experience OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 4 years of On-line Marketing and/or internet business development experience.
• Experience working with the customer lifecycle
• Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office 2003 or later: Word (for example: creating and modifying text styles, numbering and sorting lists, working with sections and columns, formatting tables, and using templates and using diagrams and drawing tools), Excel (for example: formatting text and borders of cells, working with workbooks and worksheets, using range names, referencing cells, sorting, and auto filtering) and PowerPoint (for example: creating presentations, adding and removing slides, entering and formatting text, applying design templates, modifying masters, inserting graphics and objects, creating handouts).
• Experience working in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications & Interests
• Experience working with CSE management tools, such as Channel Advisor.
• Experience using eBay Marketplace to sell products in a business environment.
• Knowledge of display media and remarketing initiatives.
