This role of Sr. Product Manager is in InfoSpace’s Search business unit and involves private-labeled products in Web Search, Web Portal and DNS. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a matrix of teams to execute against your vision and product strategy. As Sr. Product Manager you’ll be identifying and executing against the opportunities of InfoSpace’s overall Search business – impacting both “Owned and Operated” properties like Dogpile, as well as its powerful network of distribution partners.

• Define a transparent and prioritized product roadmap based on business and customer needs
• Create business models and presentations to support new business opportunities – from new features to new products to new markets
• Develop metrics and analysis that communicate the success and competitive advantage of features and/or products
• Create requirements documents and marketing plans to execute against opportunities
• Work with primary and secondary research to drive ecosystem insights back into products
• Support internal business development team efforts to win partner deals with sustainable solutions
• Manage the on-time delivery of new products to partners
• Work with partners to ensure new products meet their needs throughout the partner lifecycle (negotiation, development-integration, launch, reporting)
• Provide marketing / sales support through online and offline tools. Establish partnerships as necessary to drive product growth and commercial success


• Strong product management experience, preferably within the search or online advertising space
• Understanding of the search, and overall online advertising, space
• Partner or Account Management experience a plus
• Experience developing business strategies and executing against them in the marketplace
• Proven capacity to maneuver complex organizations and deal with ambiguity while being results-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to distill product nuances into strategic recommendations
• Ability to represent InfoSpace and its product at industry conferences
• Experience interacting with senior executives in a cohesive and succinct manner
• Ability to unite and motivate multiple groups around a single vision – both verbally and through well-written documentation.
• Technical aptitude to learn quickly; ability to motivate developers and other technical teams
• Strong PowerPoint and public speaking skills
• Willingness to travel and spend time with partners

Skills & Experience:

• A passion for identifying new, compelling feature ideas; experience solving complicated problems for partners (B2B) and end users (B2C)
• Ability to analyze competitive landscapes and design roadmaps that lead to sustainable product differentiation from the competition
• Technical ability to rapidly develop deep understanding of current product suite
• Leadership ability to motivate, manage and work with all critical functional teams
• Interpersonal skills needed to effectively collaborate in a way that builds credibility with internal and external customers
