What: Webtrends is a leader in web analytics. Webtrends Digital Marketing Optimization (DMO) team is the strategy and enablement arm of Webtrends global services organization. Resources in our DMO group are responsible for helping Webtrends and non-Webtrends customers alike make the best use of their digital marketing data across multiple disciplines including web, search, display advertising, social media, and mobile (among others). Digital Marketing Analysts execute complete web analytics programs for clients. In this role, you will work directly with one of our Principal Consultants, teaming with them to deliver impressive measurement and analytics projects to our most important clients.

Responsibilities: Manage multiple complete web analytics programs to include measurement strategy, tagging recommendations, scorecard development, ongoing reporting, and site testing and optimization.
Analyze digital marketing data to identify trends and to provide key insights and recommendations to help drive and manage the business.  Customize internal web analytics dashboards and reports to meet business objectives and manage to best practices standards  Prepare and/or present business presentations to multiple audiences at all levels of client?s organization on key business metrics and trending  Turn client business objectives into specific, measureable key performance indicators  Assist Principal Consultant in developing measurement strategies for client’s digital marketing programs. Create, refine and document web analytics processes such as campaign tagging, data classification and dashboard creation. Meet or exceed a billable utilization target of between 75-80% in this client-delivery, consulting position.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, statistics, operations research, economics, psychology or business. 2-3 years experience in a professional consulting organization or advertising agency in a web or data analysis role. Web analytics experience, Webtrends experience is a plus. Excel experience required; deep Excel experience preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional creative presentation development and delivery skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
