Position: Business Development Coordinator

Where: Seattle

What: Zillow is seeking an exceptional business development coordinator to own and drive specific business development channels and provide general support for the business development department. You will collaborate closely with external partners, legal, program management, reporting, and finance groups within Zillow to execute partnerships and optimize current deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, manage, and expand Zillow’s online affiliate marketing program. Actively prospect for new affiliate partners
  • Prospect and close partnerships outside of affiliate program
  • Provide deal support to existing portfolio of partners, including deal reporting, payment, performance analysis, account management, deal implementation, and creation of sales and implementation material for partners.
  • Make recommendations for optimizing existing deals and for streamlining the deal process
  • Support, test, and analyze results for new partnership programs

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a consumer internet company
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with external partners and growing businesses
  • Strong analytic skills and data-driven approach
  • Exceptional detail orientation, project management, and follow-through
  • Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to partner across an organization to get stuff done
  • Track record of excellence and delivering results
  • Ability to operate in fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Overall, a highly driven, results-orientated, creative, intellectually curious, problem solver who enjoys working with partners
  • Business development or account management experience preferred
  • Online marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
