Responsibilities:
•Support complex campaign strategy and build integrated plan to leverage current tool: Teamwork.
•Optimize for workflow and maximize potential of tool and how it is used.
•Identify and engage internal teams for coordinated tool execution, providing clear process and responsibilities through all phases of the campaign.
•Work cross-functionally to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the tool by gathering campaign results and conducting analysis.
•Develop and evolve standardized campaign management tools, including goals, scope, timeline and task documentation to ensure progress on milestones.
•Provide technical assistance to all departments affected by the tool.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and/or training in project management principles.
•Minimum 5 years experience in project management with progressively larger responsibility.
•Extensive experience in Teamwork and/or Basecamp tool.
•Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills.
•Demonstrated negotiation and facilitation skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office suite.
•Ability to quickly learn other applications as necessary.
•Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
