Position: Lead Blog Technician
What: Visible.net has an immediate opening for a Lead Blog Technician to provide blog training and support to our diverse clientele of e-commerce website owners.
Responsibilities: This training and support includes daily email contact with clients and live technical support via scheduled phone appointments. In addition to technical knowledge, this position requires excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and courteous live customer support on a daily basis.
Requirements: The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision and capable of pro-active monitoring of production schedules and on time completion of projects. In addition they will need:
- Strong organizational skills,
- Familiarity with WordPress software
- Familiarity with social marketing, and in particular with Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter
- Design background with proficiency in Photoshop
- Proficiency with various spreadsheet applications (Excel, Calc, Google Docs. etc.).
