We’re looking for an Online Marketing Manager to develop and execute online marketing programs for our products, especially our upcoming iPad accessories and apps launches. You’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on a major product release in one of the fastest growing technology segment —  tablets.

This is a hands-on online marketing manager position. You will be the owner of developing the online marketing strategy and successfully managing email marketing, paid search, AdWords, Facebook Ads, affiliate programs, and equivalent. You’ll own keeping the Discovery Bay web site up-to-date and fresh. You’ll also be responsible for the social media strategy and execution.


  • Own the online marketing strategy and tactics for all of DBG’s products
  • Partner with Producers to ensure in-app integration of key marketing requirements
  • Manage all online ad campaigns and promotional events
  • Develop and own the social media strategy
  • Build opportunity assessments for new marketing campaigns and champion your ideas with key stakeholders
  • Drive ongoing maintenance of redesigned DBG web site
  • Manage outside vendorsset them up to succeed and hold them accountable
  • Build and manage your own marketing budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners and internal stakeholders
  • Requirements:

  • Ability to dream big but also get in and get your hands dirty.
  • Strong understanding of website design and usability practices.
  • Experience managing online marketing campaigns that successfully drive leads that translate into sales.
  • Knowledge and experience managing Google ad campaigns, incl. Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and paid search.
  • Knowledge and experience managing Facebook ad campaigns. Knowledge of Facebook Open Graph, Connect, and Social Plugins a plus.
  • Experience with managing social media, especially a proven track record of growing Twitter followers and Facebook Likes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively measure campaign metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proven ability to write effective marketing copy a plus.
  • Experience with mobile marketing a plus.
