Position: .Net Developer
Where: Seattle (Capitol Hill)
What: Catalysis, a unique interactive marketing firm, is expanding our team! We are seeking an experienced .Net Developer, responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to create dynamic websites and reports using cutting-edge Web technologies.
Responsibilities:
Provides technical expertise and representation at external client meetings and uses this information to develop technical specifications for projects.
Works closely with the user experience, data, privacy, and account management teams to bring creative software solutions to life for our clients.
Shares knowledge and collaborates with other members of the technical team and production staff.
Contributes to the scoping, estimating, writing, and presentation of proposals and project schedules.
Handles unit testing of code for quality assurance. R
esearches and evaluates new tools and technologies to ensure that the most effective and efficient technical solutions are used to achieve our clients’ marketing goals.
Serves as an on-call resource when necessary.
Requirements: Q
ualified candidates will have strong technical knowledge of software development processes and technical standards, experience integrating with third-party systems and solid documentation capabilities! Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field, plus 4+ years of relevant software development experience required.
Advanced knowledge of the following required
.NET Framework 3.5
C#
WCF
ASP. NET
UML or similar development documentation,
Database design and development,
XML, XPath, and XSLT and
SQL Server 2005, 2008.
Proficiency in the following desired:
HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS,
PHP,
jQuery, MooTools,
Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics
.NET-based CMS and E-commerce packages
Flash
Silverlight
Lamp stack.
