Our Market Manager, Database and Analytics role is an integral and valuable part of our Marketing Programs Group and drives our core data for our target markets and segmentation, demand generation, customer marketing, analytics and reporting within our group, marketing as a whole and cross group with sales and services.
Responsibilities: Own customer, prospect and channel organization’s account and contact data, ratings and response history. Constantly improve database health through contact acquisition, contact data appends and drive reviews and audits of target vertical and horizontal markets. Manage organization and contact level universe sizing, segmentation and list requests. Manage strategic and tactical planning components of annual marketing plans and quarterly campaign plans. Develop and manage deployment of dashboards and scorecards to track key metrics on marketing database health, marketing department key metrics and marketing effectiveness
oDrive the creation, analysis, improvement and dissemination of regular marketing reports, including campaign performance, marketing qualified lead generation and inside sales activity reports, as well as, ad-hoc reporting. Build, maintain and improve supporting infrastructure for e-marketing campaign execution and tracking/reporting including: web forms, web leads distribution groups in SalesLogix CRM system, contact data imports and marketing database list requests. Design and facilitate the analysis, cleansing and provisioning of leads to drive inside sales, field and install base activity. Build, maintain and act as primary point of contact for all marketing lead generation systems, processes and associated activities including automation

Requirements: 5-7 years of B2B experience in database marketing management, segmentation, reporting, analysis and integrated campaign planning and execution. BA/BS degree in mathematics/statistics, computer science, economics or related field or equivalent work experience. Ideal candidate has previous work experience in SalesLogix CRM or similar environment. Experience with marketing automation a plus. Experience working in technology, software, or software as a service and a thorough understanding of the marketing and sales cycles for enterprise software.
