What: Moss Adams is currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support their Puget Sound Region Sales and Marketing Team. This position will be responsible for managing proposal development for various offices and practices across the northwest. The position works closely with other Puget Sound Region Sales and Marketing Team members, senior level client service professionals, as well as other members of the firm’s sales and marketing team.


Responsibilities:
•Manages multiple proposals concurrently and prioritizes appropriately to meets strict submittal deadlines
•Assembles and/or writes, edits, formats, and proofreads proposals using Microsoft Word with speed and accuracy
•Assembles proposal responses to RFPs that meet specified requirements
•Manages timelines carefully and is capable of serving as a project manager for proposal opportunities, keeping the team and document on task to deliver a complete and compliant final document on time
•Provides exceptional client service to internal clients including developing rapport, being responsive, and providing high quality deliverables on time
•Assists with keeping client service professionals’ biographies updated
•Develops PowerPoint presentations for oral presentations, as needed, with strong attention to formatting, consistency, and graphic layout

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience required
•Minimum of one year of related project management, persuasive writing, and/or sales and marketing experience; professional services firm experience preferred
•Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills
•Exceptional project management capabilities
•Client service oriented (both internal and external)
•Exceptional written communication skills
•Solid verbal communication skills
•Demonstrated poise, diplomacy, and good judgment
•Efficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
•Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word preferred including using styles, graphics, fill-in fields, Quick Parts, cross references, etc.
•Works well both independently as well as collaboratively with the other PSR Sales and Marketing team members in order to balance workloads, timelines, and responsibilities among the team
•Strong attention to detail, including excellent proofreading and grammar
