As our Product Marketing Manager, you will utilize all of the P’s of marketing to develop a mind-blowing product marketing strategy, rally the company around a global launch campaign, and build sales momentum that plows through the competition. You must become an expert in the field, be able to address customers’ needs, have the drive to understand where the market is going, and be truly passionate about marketing.

We’re looking for an individual that shows they can do whatever it takes to get a product to market and are passionate about a product’s success. The right person for this position will be able to demonstrate their creative energy and passion for shaping successful campaigns. This is not a cookie-cutter job and we are not looking for cookie-cutter people.

A Product Marketing Manager at MediaPro needs to be highly organized, collaborative, communicative, and capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for your products. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You’ll partner with Product Management and Sales to develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to product, sales and other members of the marketing team.

This position is located in Bothell, Washington, and requires you work onsite. We are not considering candidates out of the local area.


Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates our products in the market.
Partner with Product Development to usher products from concept to production and communicate progress, obstacles, and timelines to stakeholders as needed.
Sales enablement — communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.
Product launch — plan the launch of new products and release and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Market intelligence — be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
Communicate clearly and concisely with internal teams and customers.


Successful history in Product Marketing
Minimum of 3 years of software product marketing experience with at least 1 year experience in a field facing role
BA/BS degree preferred but not required
Very strong written communication skills
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
Must possess strong team collaboration skills
Must have very clear written and verbal communication skills
Proven skills working with customers
