Brightmont Academy is looking for an experienced IT Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all corporate IT services for the organization and its campuses. This includes email, telephony, SIS and business applications and support for all technological assets and ventures.

Responsibilities:

•Assist organization and users with implementing appropriate software and document sharing software and applications.
•Provide technical support and backup support as needed, such as: email, anti-virus, Share drives, documentation management and workflow systems.
•Manage user accounts with directory services and other systems that require account management.
•Provide input on and help administer technology standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to end users.
•Participate in the implementation of policies, procedures and technologies to increase enterprise network stability and security.
•Document issues and resolution.
•Manage corporate IT security by developing and administering policies and protection devices.
•Customize new and replacement desktops and devices for organization.
•Support servers, desktops, laptops, and handheld devices in the corporate environment.
•Manage third party technology provider relationships including purchasing agreements, maintenance agreements, and issue resolution.
•Manage corporate services including email, phones, devices, workstations, business applications.
•Maintain inventory of all corporate assets, software license agreements, and hardware license agreements.
•Student Information System Development and maintenance.
•Find and manage procurement of cost effective solutions for computer and other technological needs across the organization.
•Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Computer Science or related field from four year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in a professional technology organization required.
•Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
•Ability to work effectively across organization boundaries.
•Regular and predictable attendance.
•Ability to be resourceful and have a desire to find cost effective technological solutions.
•Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
•Ability to pass a Social Security Administration E-Verify check for U.S. work authorization.
