What:  Sesame Communications is the premier provider of online services for the dental industry. Headquartered in Pioneer Square, we continue to expand our team and service offerings to optimize the value we bring to our clients. We are actively seeking a Web Development Producer (Project Manager) to be responsible for managing the process of producing web sites from production through launch.

This customer service centered role consists of finding resources, scheduling, overseeing production, and delivery. Producers are strong project managers as they simultaneously managing a large portfolio with projects at various stages of the timeline. A Web Development Producer must be assertive and confident to drive projects adeptly into the next phase of the process, and be able to effectively translate client feedback into industry terms.
Responsibilities: The Web Development Producer has a variety of responsibilities — here are some of them:
Deliver happiness through outstanding customer service
Set member expectations about process, deliverables, and timeline
Manage the web development process from design approval through to launch
Coordinate resources, schedule production, and deliver products to members
Effectively translates client feedback into industry terms
Responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to a strict budget and timeline
Conduct content consultations and reviews
Focus on website content
Staying abreast of industry trends, and helping to evolve Sesame’s web offerings

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in project or account management with a website development focus preferred
Strong project management skills
Excellent web development background and experience
Working knowledge of SEO best practices, Illustrator, and CSS/HTML
Proficient with Photoshop and Dreamweaver
Extraordinary customer service/account management skills
Ability to manage a large portfolio
Must be assertive and confident to drive the process to milestones
Ability to handle quantity and crisis with ease
Detail oriented
