Position: SEO Analyst
Where: Bellevue
What: Full Beaker is hiring an SEO Analyst, whose primary role will be link building. We are located in Bellevue, WA and offer diverse challenges that few other SEO positions have, blending the feeling of client work (dozens of websites/lots of creative possibilities) with the excitement, creativity and free-reign of in-house (developers on staff, ability to move and ship new content same-day). We are looking for an entry-level analyst. SEO experience isn’t necessary, but is suggested. If you can combine internet savvy with the drive to build something massive through hard work — and not I-will-punch-the-clock hard work — we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
• Link building
• Content development for purposes of link acquisition
• Optimize pages for search engines, change content on pages, promote page/keyword ranking, strive to lower customer acquisition costs manually and/or with management tools
• Call link acquisition targets such as schools w/ high ROI content opportunities such as scholarships
• Research latest trends and stay up to date with the internet marketing industry
• Write SEO web content
• Create and improve internal SEO best practices
• Reporting: rankings reports, keyword reports, link reports, etc
• Competence and willingness to multitask under pressure and tight deadlines
Requirements:
• Internet savvy
• Go getter
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with little supervision
• Isn’t a clock puncher
• Has marketing skills
• Numbers driven
Recommended Qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration/Marketing
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strength in keyword research, content creation, link building, and title/meta tag creation for SEO Strategy
• Strong Writing Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel data modeling including use of pivot tables and Power Point
• Must have strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools
• Highly proficient in HTML, PHP, MYSQL, CSS, Javascript
