POP is looking for a Digital Project Manager to cultivate excellent client relationships by providing the highest quality client service, project management and end deliverable possible. Digital Project Managers are responsible for the successful execution of projects on time and on budget. They lead the development of project goals and scope, and work closely with internal teams to develop a creative plan for projects. Digital Project Managers facilitate the creation of comprehensive project specifications as well as create and maintain project estimates and schedules. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day details of a project and for all client communications, ultimately creating strong client relationships that lead to more successful and increasingly profitable projects.


Inspire and lead clients and other team members throughout the entire project

Coordinate the execution of projects through the lifecycle of an account, from strategy and creative implementation to end-of-project planning

Lead a team of UX Architects, Designers, Copywriters, Technical Analysts, Developers, and QA Engineers to ensure a high quality product and smooth delivery

Develop and adhere to timeline and budget

Facilitate creation of overall project vision

Serve as client advocate throughout project lifecycle

Uphold high standards of project management excellence

Lead client and internal meetings with authority and professionalism

Develop project plans, resource forecasts, contracts and project specifications

Work closely with Client Development to grow existing accounts, resolve client pain points and cultivate client evangelists

Exemplify and support company brand platform

Up to 20% travel for client meetings


A minimum of 3-4 years of successful web producing experience

Proven expertise in interactive marketing and business strategies

Superior client relationship skills

Working knowledge of Internet technologies including: HTML, ASP, JavaScript, and Flash

Experience working with information architecture and content design teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Talent for generating original concepts and developing creative ideas

Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment

Ability to excel in a demanding, fast-paced workplace

Bachelors Degree required

Agency experience is preferred.
