Responsibilities: We are seeking a web client relations manager to play the lead role in web client retention and satisfaction, representing the company with professionalism and the highest level of ethics. An advanced understanding of, and keen interest in web technologies and trends, is required. You will be the primary liaison and resource for business development consultants for all web services products to ensure that appropriate Coffey products are sold to meet the business and budgetary needs of our prospects.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, business, computer technology, communications or related field or equivalent education or experience, is required. Two to five years of account management experience required. Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of web technologies and trends, presentation programs, and telecommunications, required. Strong customer service orientation and an interest in building open, trusting client relationships. Ability to consult, coach and influence our clients in diverse business environments. Thrives on the responsibility of managing client accounts and making a difference to the client and the company.
This position requires relocation to Walla Walla.
