WTIA: Fundamentals of Why Bitcoin and AMA (Ask Me Anything) with Arry Yu

March 17, 2021 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

What is money? Do you currently own any Bitcoin? Should you own some in the future? Do you read contradicting headlines (positive and negative) about Bitcoin and wonder why it seems to matter so much? This is a conversation dedicated to dispensing with the hype and hyperbole of Bitcoin and delivering in their place a practical understanding of this new (and some would say inevitable) new form of money.

In this session, they will tackle the question: “What is the most important thing that experts in Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency know and that people new to the space don’t realize, recognize or consistently misunderstand?”

Speaker:

Arry Yu, Chair of the WTIA Cascadia Blockchain Council

Strategic operator, venture investor and portfolio entrepreneur with expertise in scaling businesses with a consistent track record building high performing businesses and teams. Chair of the Cascadia Blockchain Council with the WTIA, who raised over $32 million dollars worth in crypto assets in an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in 2017. Currently also the lead educator and curriculum creator of a Blockchain Developer Bootcamp. Arry is the cohost of Windshield Time Podcast, a podcast that talks about money, Bitcoin and investing. She also serves as a Fractional COO to a handful of select clients.
