Survey Design Workshop with Carine Lallemand: The Sentence Completion Method

During this online workshop, we will discover an unusual technique to design efficient and engaging surveys. Originally used in psychology as a personality assessment tool, the sentence completion method has a lot of benefits for user research. Flexible, it can be used during exploratory stages to explore users’ needs or later in the design process as a UX evaluation tool. Carine will share her best tips on how to create effective sentence completion surveys and will involve the audience in hands-on activities to learn by doing. About Carine
Carine Lallemand is an Assistant Professor of Design at the Eindhoven University of Technology (Netherlands) and the University of Luxembourg. She has a background in Psychology and HCI. Her research activities are mainly focused on user experience design and evaluation methods, as well as designing for behavior change. Carine is the author of a textbook on UX methods, currently used in more than 100 curriculums in 6 French-speaking countries. She is also a passionate advocate for academia-industry relationships.
