Andrew Baker, Managing Director of Healthcare, Industrial & Healthcare Business Unit at Maxim Integrated
“The Future of Personalized Connected Healthcare”

Healthcare has become more personalized due to the focus on making individuals more responsible for their own health and wellbeing. The current COVID-19 pandemic is reinforcing the need for remote connected healthcare to better manage the needs of today’s society. Telehealth with remote patient monitoring provides a convenient way to remain in contact with patients whilst maintaining a high level of care. Availability of real time and historical measurements data is critical to provide actionable insights using analytics. Access to health centric wearable consumer devices is empowering individuals to identify potential health issues before they become chronic. This presentation will explore the ways in which remote patient monitoring is revolutionizing the way care will be increasingly delivered.

Andrew Baker joined Maxim Integrated in 2009. He has 25 years of experience in the electronics industry in roles ranging from development engineering to sales as well as business/product management. In his current role, he is responsible for leading Maxim’s wearable solutions initiatives for sensors and power management, as well as multiple other product lines. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in electronic engineering from the University of Portsmouth, UK.

We encourage you to register earlier since on-line broadcast capacity may be limited.
