Policy Matters Summit 2021: The Future of Work

December 8, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

$25 – $150
How will the Future of Work affect how we make policy in the areas of transportation, economic development, and higher ed ?

With ever increasing flexibility in how and where people work, traditional ways of thinking about how we create jobs, how we educate people, and how people get to work, will all need to change. The pandemic accelerated changes that were already happening and the pace of changes in public policy will need to accelerate to keep up.

Join former Governor Gary Locke, Commerce Director Lisa Brown, WSDOT Secretary Roger Millar, and other luminaries to discuss what these changes might look like in three areas: transportation, higher education, and economic development.

First 100 in-person registrants will get a free copy of Flywheels: How Cities Are Creating Their Own Futures by Madrona Venture Group Founder and original TA board member, Tom Alberg.
