Join our current students and staff as we welcome Ron Lichty, VP of Engineering, who will be delivering a tech talk around The Hidden Ingredient in Hyper-Productive Teams. This will be an excellent way for you to learn if Coding Dojo is the right school for you. Come learn, ask questions to current students, instructors, and alumni.

A sneak peek into the talk:

Agile expects every one of us, every member of a project or product team, to be a team leader. We expect this even of interns. A high-performance team is like an improv acting troupe or a free jazz combo: every member is always listening, every member is a leader, every member is (sometimes) the leader. It only works by everyone stepping up – and everyone listening – speaking once in a while but listening every moment.

Ron LIchty, author of “Managing the Unmanageable: Rules, Tools, and Insights for Managing Software People and Teams” (Addison-Wesley) and co-author of the periodic Study of Product Team Performance, will explore how shared leadership is the unspoken ingredient in hyper-productive teams.
