Leigh McMillan, VP Marketing  Avvo
Leigh McMillan oversees Avvo’s marketing, communications and business unit management. Prior to joining Avvo, she spent a number of years at Marchex, a leading call advertising provider, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Call Analytics business. Before joining Marchex, Leigh held leadership positions at a number of technology companies including Pure Networks (acquired by Cisco), WildTangent, and RealNetworks, where she led the launch of several flagship products during her tenure. She also directed public affairs for Major League Baseball’s Seattle Mariners during their campaign for a new ballpark, which is now Safeco Field. Leigh is a graduate of the University of Washington.

Sabra Schneider, Director of Electronic Communications, City of Seattle
Sabra is the Director of Electronic Communications for the City of Seattle and oversees the Citywide Webteam, the Seattle Channel,  Community Technology and the Cable Office. She has an 20-year career in public service that includes teaching social media for the Evans School  at the University of Washington, leading social media communications for King County and teaching web and communications technologies for South Seattle Community College. Sabra has an MPA from the University of Washington and a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Dominique Barni , Social Media Specialist, Seattle Children’s
Dominique Barni is an experienced communications professional with a passion for helping people, places and organizations connect, build community and share their stories. She has been Seattle Children’s Social Media Specialist since November 2010, managing corporate social media accounts and advising others in the organization on social media best practices, strategies and tactics. Dominique also completed the University of Washington’s Master of Communication in Digital Media program in December 2012.

Jay Thompson joined Zillow in March, 2012 as their Director of Industry Outreach & Social Media. Prior to joining Zillow, Jay co-owned a small independent real estate brokerage serving the Phoenix metro area.Jay founded the award winning blog, PhoenixRealEstateGuy.com in May 2005 and has spoken widely at local, state and national real estate conferences on a variety of topics from lead generation and conversion to social media marketing to technology in real estate.A Summa Cum Laude graduate of St. Edward’s University in Austin, Jay currently resides in Seattle where he enjoys exploring his new city.
