NewTech Northwest and the WiT Regatta are partnering in celebration of National Women’s Month. Join us on March 18th to discuss “having it all”. What does this phrase mean to you? And is it really possible for women to have it all, particularly when working in tech?
For many women, these 3 simple words can cause feelings of frustration, doubt, even panic. “Having it all” is often associated with perfection. We believe we must play so many roles in our daily lives and excel at all of them. From being a technical expert to being an involved parent; being an expert negotiator while building a dynamic team and paving the way for others.
On March 18th, we’ll dip our toes into this deep topic. Our panelists will share their stories of success and failure in managing their own expectations, making choices, and building relationships.
This panel will provide a taste of what’s to come at the 4th annual Seattle Women in Tech (WiT) Regatta in South Lake Union April 20-25th. WiT Regatta welcomes women and their allies to tackle these challenging topics in an inclusive environment. The content and experiences are designed to inform, inspire, spark connections, and lead to lasting relationships.
