What: Second annual event for women leaders to spark their creativity, build relationships, and be inspired through keynotes, workshops, and peer advisory mastermind circles. Tap into the greater collective wisdom. Grow your leadership. Experience joy as you share your heart and be real. Transforming the future of global women leadership, one community at a time. This annual event was inspired by Facebook’s CFO, Sheryl Sandberg’s book Lean In. While over 50% of higher education is now attended by women since the 1970’s, on average less than 15% of women are being represented “at the table” in congress, corporations and other influential institutions nearly 30-40 years later. The Creativity Symposium was designed to address the leadership gap by providing a forum where powerful women will support each other’s success. What’s possible when fresh-minded, dynamic women gather together in one place to share ideas, resources and connections? In regards to creativity, recent studies indicate how only 1 in 4 people utilize their creativity at work while over 85% believe it’s critical to their success. Study after study indicate how creativity helps any organization not just achieve a stronger bottom line, but it nurtures a better place to work in the long run.

The Creativity Symposium is creating a culture of creativity in which women leadership can arise. Creativity Symposium for Women Leaders is a one day, annual event where you are free to be yourself and connect with high level, dynamic, entrepreneurial women leaders in a creative, fun and inviting atmosphere. The day includes an experiential opening and closing ceremony, inspiring keynotes, cutting edge thought leadership, peer advisory masterminds, and learning workshops.

Who: 2015 Speakers

Creativity Symposium for Women Leaders is for 80+ dynamic leaders who are interested in creating a culture of creativity and advancing women in leadership. They want to grow bigger or faster, live true to themselves, and be unstoppable in the face of any challenge. We are a community of influencers, leaders, mothers, and partners. Entrepreneurial in spirit, the community includes both start-ups, executives, social change makers, or any Woman Leaders Who Want to Change the World and loves to contribute to others. As a whole, the community is interdisciplinary, cross-cultural, and cross-generational–we know creativity thrives in diversity united by a common cause to elevate women as leaders.
