** This is a CONTRACT position
  • Partner with internal teams (design, copywriters, etc.) to create merchandising content for loyalty program website
  • Leverage data and other site metrics to develop effective merchandising strategy and recommendations
  • Update & maintain merchandising content on the loyalty program website via content management tool
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the operational content management process to find efficiencies and reduce errors
  • Support 3rd party publishers with maintenance of 3rd party content
  • Route content to internal stakeholders for localization and approvals, and manage all revision requests
  • General asset and copy coordination, support and organization
  • Perform content QA passes or partner with QA support on all content updates
  • Communicate directly with parent company and other regions to collaborate on global content initiatives and other operations topics
  • Support ad hoc projects related to the loyalty program as needed
  • Communications (e.g., e-mail, video conference) with parent company during their working hours may be required on a periodic basis


  • 2+ years of experience in web marketing and/or online content management
  • Experience using data analysis and metrics reporting tools
  • Experience working within Content Management systems
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, highly organized
  • Strong writing and editing skills a plus
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies
  • Flexibility to adapt to demands as they arise; think strategically and act tactically
  • PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with image manipulation and design software, including Adobe Photoshop, desirable
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products highly preferred
  • Experience with localization process a plus
  • Japanese language fluency desirable
