We are looking for an exceptional marketing and communications manager who is enthusiastic about technology, passionate about quality and has experience in new product development of medical devices.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing and Communications Manager will create, manage, and execute all communications and marketing programs. Key areas include positioning, brand identity, messaging, collateral, website, sales support tools/programs, public relations, events, and lead generation activities. The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for overall planning and execution of all company marketing initiatives and determining the most effective sales tools, programs and mechanisms for marketing and PR efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or related equivalent experience and/or education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including the use of word processing and spreadsheet applications, various engineering software and social media expertise.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to self-imposed and organizational deadlines.
- Skilled at managing complex projects, including delineating their scope, preparing work, plans, resolving conflicts and overseeing implementation steps.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organization levels.
- Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
