What: This is a rare opportunity for an experienced developer to embark on a truly greenfield project within a rapidly growing and well-funded startup. Our existing team is a world-class group of engineers–hailing from the likes of Google and Amazon–and we are looking for the first (of possibly several) hires to help build out products specifically tied to Microsoft technologies. This developer will be responsible for making key technology decisions, architecting and building the initial implementation of our native Outlook integration, and integrating with the rest of the Outreach product. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and interested in contributing to the product as a whole, which is primarily centered around Ruby, Javascript, and other open source technologies.

At Outreach, we build communication software that helps enterprise sales reps communicate more effectively and efficiently with the world. We are now over 50 employees, with over 1,000 paying customers (including the likes of Adroll, CenturyLink, Greenhouse, Cloudera, Zillow, Redfin, and more), and the person who tackles this role would shoulder a massive responsibility that has a direct impact on the daily lives of thousands of end users, and help us close revenue.

Responsibilities:

Architect and build the initial implementation of our Outlook plugin
Lead development efforts around integrations with Microsoft Technologies in general
Work along-side the rest of the team to build out core features in our main product

Requirements:

Deep familiarity with Microsoft .NET ecosystem
Track record of shipping software
Ability to self-motivate and get stuff done
Proficient using modern source control systems such as Git
Experience with continuous integration and automated testing
Willingness to learn; an innate curiosity is a must
BS in CS or equivalent experience
