We are looking for an innovative, client-focused, experienced front-end Software Developer to create and maintain cutting edge software product for investment professionals that will enable them to transform the precision and efficiency of their back office operations. Excellent candidates will be collaborative, continually improving and work well in a rapidly growing, vibrant workplace.
Responsibilities:
Create solutions for new product features and enhancements
Manage projects and feature areas
Work effectively with management and team members to clarify needs and plan delivery of major product changes, future version and new products
Collaborate cross functionally to provide responsive support to escalated customer issues, plan delivery of product changes and new products.
Ensure adequate testing of all product releases
Continually grow skills to enhance your technical expertise
As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet’s established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrable expertise in creating complex browser-based applications with CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and HTML
Experience creating modern web applications in a mainstream technology stack (.NET. Java, PHP, etc.)
Nice to have: Kendo UI, .NET, ASP.NET, C#, TSQL
Requirments:
Demonstrated ability to successfully complete challenging software projects
Modern UI expertise
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field
5+ years’ experience in software/web development
Professional experience in financial services industry a plus
