We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who enjoys working with the cutting edge of marketing technology. The ideal candidate will be skilled in end-to-end planning and executing content marketing campaigns delivered via online and offline channels. Your strong content layout and production abilities will be complemented by a proficiency with email marketing, website management, digital and traditional advertising, and demand generation. The ability to translate website analytics into actionable insights and draw conclusions from market research is ideal. Our top candidate will bring to the table effective written and verbal communication skills, technical expertise, an eye for effective design, strong copy writing ability, and attention to detail.

Requirements:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will provide strong expertise in all aspects of marketing operations gained through 2 – 4 years of marketing communications experience preferably in B2B or a healthcare environment. A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training is required. Candidate must be able to work independently, but is eager to collaborate with co-workers and actively participate as a member of one or more inter-departmental project teams. One or more years in working with a Content Management System, such as WordPress, is required. One or more years of experience with marketing automation software, such as Marketo is preferred.
Editing & Proofreading
Email campaign creation and execution
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software including: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Design and layout principles for print, online and multi-media.
Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate level; PowerPoint expert level (preferred)
Website metrics, such as Google Analytics
Understanding of Social Media in B2B environment: functionality, best practices and trends.
Brand and messaging concepts
Search Engine Optimization concepts and best practices
Secondary research, survey design, and results reporting
Marketing database management
Video editing software, such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro
