Position: Database and Digital Marketing Manager
Where: Bellevue
What: Embarking on an expanded approach to mission delivery, Pet Partners seeks a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, creative, and self-motivated team player for the newly created position of Database and Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting to the National Director of Marketing, the DDM Manager will support the execution of branding and messaging strategies and communication to support marketing and fundraising and the development of a greater digital presence through an understanding of the organization’s constituents and the ability to segment appropriately through the CRM.

Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of technology developments with CRM platforms and, as requested, in other areas to identify potential uses (web technologies, integration opportunities, etc.).
Contribute to initiatives specific to CRM (Salesforce) and related technologies to maximize mission delivery, fundraising and organizational impact.
Oversee activities of project team(s) including: research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit.
Develop and configure the Pet Partners’ Salesforce.com functionality and security using best practices.
Lead continual improvement of the website look and functionality (WordPress).
Support the execution of digital communication and the overarching digital strategy.
Review complementary and new products from software vendors; confer with leadership about opportunities.
Liaison with service vendors.
Manage and maintain one or more constituent databases, integration points, and related staff and customer touch points.
Design and implement database enhancements such as custom objects fields, record types, workflows and approvals.
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to support business operations.
Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM or like for like platform:
Strong understanding of workflows and workflow optimization/automation;
Knowledge of NGOC/Salesforce.org encouraged.
Experience with system integration and project management methods and practices.
Working knowledge of HTML/Java Script.
Experience working with CMS, WordPress preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, analytical, detail and action oriented.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
A BA/BS or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Minimum of three years of digital marketing experience and working with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
Advanced knowledge of WordPress, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat software.
Knowledge of Engaging Networks a strong plus.
Experience managing geographically distributed teams, vendors, and projects.
Experience in benchmarking and metrics.
Experience managing a budget.
A basic understanding of IT architectures and technologies.
