The focus of the position will be to technically support the Sioeye solution operations including the live streaming capture devices, the back-end web infrastructure and the social networking apps. In this role you will work alongside support, product development, quality assurance and product management to ensure smooth operation of the ecosystem and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

You will become a product expert across our portfolio to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues reported by customers or partners.

You’ll be hands on and execute field based tests in coordination with development and product management to test new features and gain an understanding of impact to the overall solution.

You’ll work with mobile carriers to ensure that our devices are able to connect to 4G LTE and 3G services.

You will identify areas for improvement to minimize system down time and customer escalations.

You will develop benchmarks and work in conjunction with development to ensure automated testing can identify problems 24hrs a day.

You will develop subject matter expertise on the Sioeye Cloud infrastructure and Sioeye social networking apps to assist in identifying issues and guiding the development organization to a resolution.

You will assist in prioritization of fixes with product management and manage technical resolution to completion.


· BA/BS required (BSEE or MSEE Preferred)

· Five years of cloud support experience.

· Prior experience in a technical customer interfacing role required

· Hardware and software architecture knowledge

· Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, web & database applications, mobile apps, iOS, android and networking all bonuses.

· Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%. Travel includes working overseas with technical teams and providing guidance.

· Must be able to understand functionality testing in order to address internal issues.
