Position: Web Software Engineer

What: Lighter Capital has already funded over 70 tech companies, and we need your help to fund more. Since we fund early stage tech companies, you’ll learn about finance and the tech/saas industry as you help us scale and automate the entire funding process.
Responsibilities:
The engineering team at Lighter Capital embraces autonomy and innovation over pointless meetings and bureaucracy. We’re a small team who loves building and shipping and hates being blocked by anything. Engineers here work directly with other teams withing the company, rather than dealing with PM’s or middle managers.
Recent projects include modeling tools to help us decide whether to fund applicants, systems to monitor the health of the portfolio, and more!
Requirements:
Full stack with least 2 years experience with a .net language
Solid front-end web skills using javascript, jquery, ajax, and a web templating system (client or server side)
A good sense of UI design, focusing on application usability
Great communication skills and an independent self-driven attitude
Some SQL experience
