The successful candidate will assist in building and scaling our world-class email program, delivering highly-targeted, automated, and personalized messages to both B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll be responsible for supporting acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization efforts, and your day-to-day activities will include end-to-end implementation, QA, launching, AB testing, and measurement of over 100 unique campaigns and landing pages, sending more than 10M emails per month to an audience of over 1M consumers and doctors.

Responsibilities:

Build campaigns and execute brand, traffic and conversion-driving efforts for product launches, business partnerships, customer insights, and user retention initiatives.

Work cross-functionally to develop and deploy creative assets for online marketing, emails, and landing page experiences

Leverage ESP tools (Sailthru and Marketo) and scripting languages to update content and enable subscriber personalization

Proofread content and test links, dynamic content, and email rendering within digital assets

Troubleshoot email-related issues for internal staff, consumers, and doctors

Maintain an accurate library of ongoing consumer/doctor flows, communications, metrics, and future test ideas

Manage the collection and storage of consumer feedback and data via web and email surveys; synthesize findings into relevant optimizations

Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and implement ongoing improvements

Measure and report on email metrics and AB test results

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency

2+ years demonstrated experience in online B2B, B2C or email marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client facing consulting skills, analytical and problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail

Hands-on experience running A/B tests and monitoring relevant metrics

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and requests

2+ years experience managing an email marketing program (preferably utilizing Marketo, or Sailthru)

1+ years working with Salesforce.com

1+ years marketing automation experience

1+ years survey/customer insights experience

High standards, high attention to detail, and superior organizational skills

Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
