Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Where: Woodenville

What: The Digital Marketing Specialist role will play an integral part in continuing to help drive awareness and adoption of the SportsArt brand. This role will manage all of the tactical social media efforts, and help support other digital marketing efforts to grow the business. We’re looking for someone that is not only incredibly passionate about social media and digital marketing, but even more importantly, the fitness industry in some capacity.

Responsibilities:

Manage all social media efforts including content creation, publishing, engagement, monitoring, & reporting across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
Manage influencer relationships and campaigns, consistently identifying and working to manage and build our influencer marketing strategy.
Manage social media promotions and campaigns.
Establish social listening strategies and implementation to identify new opportunities and partnerships for SportsArt.
Manage paid social media campaigns including creative, bidding, & targeting strategies.
Act as a social media SME routinely identifying and recommending new social media tools and strategies.
Support sales team with custom requests for marketing programs, materials and event support.
Assist with technical and promotional copywriting for all marketing collateral materials.
Manage distribution of press releases and field media inquiries to maximize press coverage.
Manage marketing automation and CRM tasks that assist with the sales team

Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
Fitness/Athletic Industry knowledge, experience and passion a must!
Minimum 1-2 years experience managing social media for a company or organization.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on a deadline.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated individual with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.
Experience using CRM, marketing automation & social platforms such as HubSpot & Hootsuite.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, office applications.
Expertise in photography or videography.
Established personal social media presence in the fitness/athletic industry.
Blogging/writing experience.
