Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Where: Bellevue

Responsibilities: 

Direct email program, including creation of emails, performance of A/B testing, monitoring of test results, and optimizing programs based on results.

Marketing automation program, including drip campaigns

Primary website (construx.com), including periodic content updates with content provided by Construx video staff and technical staff and including monitoring performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize website performance.

eLearning site (CxLearn) and work with Construx’s CTO to optimize performance of that site.

Google AdWords program, including monitoring performance, managing AdWords campaigns, and related activities. Quick question for you – click here

LinkedIn page, including regular content updates.

YouTube page, including regular content updates.

Twitter feed, including regular content updates.

Facebook page, including regular content updates.

Coordinate quarterly webinars and other forms of content delivery.

Actively maintain awareness and education of the latest trends, techniques, and tools related to digital marketing and other forms of marketing.

Update and revise marketing plans and strategies as driven by Construx business needs and changes in the market.

Co-manage Construx’s direct mail program with Construx’s CEOOversee other traditional marketing initiatives as mutually agreed.

Take direction from Construx’s CEO to support and extend the Construx brand.

Work collaboratively with other Construx staff, including sales staff, COO, and eLearning staff to create and deliver marketing initiatives consistent with Construx’s vision and business priorities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of two years’ professional experience in digital marketing.

Demonstrated ability to anticipate, effectively communicate, and solve practical problems and resolve issues.

Competency with Internet technologies including various website CMS tools, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Marketo or an equivalent marketing automation tool, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Quick question for you – click here

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.

Strong motivation and action-orientation.

Superior project and time management capabilities within a fast-paced, high-productivity environment.
