What:  Destination Lighting is looking for a result–driven Ecommerce Marketing Specialist. The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for online marketing initiatives, effectiveness, and ROAS, including Paid Search, Comparison Shopping Engine (CSE), and Affiliate Marketing. This person will monitor industry trends and provide competitive analysis reports. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative, analytical, a team player, and eager to take on responsibilities, dive deep, and learn and develop new skills.
 Responsibilities:
Paid Search (PPC): Develops and optimizes all paid search campaigns, including campaign structure, keyword research and selection, ad copy creation, bid management, landing page selection and testing, etc.
Comparison Shopping Engines: Formats and optimizes data feed to the specification of the shopping engines, bid management.
Affiliate Marketing: Manages affiliate content and banners including any coupon promotion. Insures that affiliates are engaged and in step with promotions.
Metric Reporting and Analytics: Provide relevant metric reporting and analytics on all online marketing promotions, as well as on product and category performance.

Requirements:
1+ years experience in all or any of the following: Online marketing; search engine marketing; PPC; comparison shopping engine, or affiliate marketing.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong web analytic skills.
Ability to create custom reports and use data to drive customer acquisition and increase conversions.
Knowledge of search marketing tactics and best practices.
Must be proactive and detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in SEO is a plus.
