Position: Creative Team Coordinator

Where: Seattle

What: The Fisher Interactive Creative Team Coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing online marketing-related tasks, including Fisher Interactive contests, design and development projects and managing social media promotions. Additionally, this position will help foster relationships with broadcast and radio partners throughout the company.

Responsibilities:

Project manage online marketing initiatives
Coordinates the daily execution of marketing campaigns
Works with advertising clients to acquire logos and other assets needed for ad creative
Supports weekly/monthly planning process of ongoing marketing and promotional campaigns
Manages internal social media and digital advertising campaigns
Works with cross promotional teams as a liaison for all Fisher Interactive properties
Compiles and manages reporting for advertising initiatives
Runs regular user experience testing
Keeps Fisher Interactive website up-to-date
Monitor and escalate bug reports
Assist with ad trafficking
Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of internet and web-based technologies
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Familiar with HTML basics
Ability to administer social media channels and tools in a professional setting
Possess good communications skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with management team
Experience with web publishing, web design, ad design or content management systems a plus
Innovative thinker with acute awareness of company initiatives
Great attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
