Rally Marketing Group is seeking a highly experienced contract Sr. Event Producer to plan, manage and produce high impact events to help launch a new product for a major consumer brand.

Responsibilities: Producing the events from top to bottom, including selecting & managing vendors, securing assets, selecting (in partnership with the Creative Director), coordinating, and managing third party labor, managing expenses, logistics, and budgets to ensure the flawless flow and execution of high-visibility, multi-day events.

Ongoing communication with Rally’s Seattle-based creative team will be required to coordinate overall event look & feel. Project management support will be provided from Rally’s Seattle office and client account support will be based in Dallas. Participation in weekly status meetings is required (via phone or in person as availability allows). Also including:

  • Sources & negotiates necessary elements for the event
  • Manages third party labor and expenses
  • Keeps appropriate departments and third-party vendors informed, on-task, and on-schedule for all event details
  • Develops event run of show
  • Develops and maintains workback schedule
  • Delivers reconciliation of final program field labor and expenses

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years Event Production/Execution experience
  • Experience working in an agency environment strongly preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated successful contract management of event execution deliverables within deadlines and budget
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
