Hacker Group, a fully integrated direct/digital marketing agency that plans, creates, produces, distributes and measures all direct response driven channels for customer acquisition and retention. This includes direct mail, email, online display advertising, paid search, DRTV and mobile marketing.



  • Provide detailed and accurate campaign analytics that report on program ROI and Performance — delivering insights that drive future strategy and our next client engagement.
  • Partner with Account team to address specific client needs, develop a strong understanding of each client that demonstrates results and value
  • Resolve operational issues that interfere with the quality of the analytic product. Identify and eliminate root causes and enlist stakeholders in resolutions. Understand client quality requirements and be responsible for guaranteeing all work is produced accordingly.

Marketing Analysis

  • Act as lead Marketing Analyst developing and implementing metrics that leads to successful media optimization.
  • Understanding of the modeling techniques and applications; experimental design.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, automation and implement reporting tools to gain efficiencies in producing recurring marketing reports.
  • Provide recommendations to the Account Team for the direction of marketing campaigns.


  • Manage the day to day production of reporting, analytics and dashboards and analytic dashboard content.
  • Responsible for managing Analytics Team Project acceptance and tracking.
  • Perform marketing program response analysis as required.

Experience, Education and Certification

  • MBA plus three to five years of relevant experience preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years experience using MS T-SQL required; working with stored procedures and integration packages.
  • Expert in ability to manipulate data using Excel 2007 and 2010 and other MS Office tools, including VBA macros and PowerPivot.
  • Experience navigating and building a data understanding of large undocumented relational data stores.
  • Strong grasp of data warehousing strategies.Strong grasp of descriptive statistics.
  • Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server experience – preferred.
  • Experience with web analytics such as Webtrends, Omniture or Google Analytics – preferred.
