Blue Nile is looking for a passionate and talented Copywriter who will be responsible for the creation and editorial integrity of all customer-facing content, which will express the personality and voice of the Blue Nile brand. The Copywriter will create copy for consumer communications through the website and external marketing vehicles including social media applications and ads. This position will work closely with the merchandising, site development and customer service groups.

Responsibilities:
• Create content that keeps Blue Nile ahead of competitors and promotes leading benefits unique to Blue Nile
• Work closely with the Merchandising team to create product information and descriptions
• Create email and online advertising and marketing copy, text, and ads
• Create and optimize website content •Ensure unified messaging across all customer-facing organizations, including website, marketing, and customer service
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 3+ years copy writing, advertising, and/or creative marketing experience
• Experience translating a brand’s advantages and personality to the consumer via creative copy and numerous customer touch points
• High enthusiasm, creativity, initiative, and innovation
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Experience with software tools such as HTML, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
