Position:  Interactive/Web Producer
Where: Seattle (Westlake Tower)
What: Parker LePla is a brand strategy firm working with clients to design and implement brand-defining experiences–both online and offline. This position is specifically responsible for managing the creation of websites, social media pages, web content and marketing campaigns, as well as analyzing the success of each and applying the discoveries to constantly improve the effectiveness of all work. 

Responsibilities:
• Serves as a general resource to support the Account Manager and VP Online Brand Experience on all online brand projects for clients.
• Manages client interactive/web projects from start to finish–developing timelines and budgets, ensuring milestones are met, coordinating client presentations and meetings and working with external partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Works with the client, internal and external resources (including web design and development partners) to produce or obtain appropriate content for interactive deliverables.
• Sets up and manages inbound marketing programs for client using Parker LePla software tools. Reviews and analyzes program results monthly and develops recommendations and strategies for meeting client objectives and goals.
• Assists account managers in the production and maintenance of project documentation such as Statements of Work, specifications, status reports, client and internal presentations.
• Updates Parker LePla website and client websites as necessary.

The ideal candidate will be naturally inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter and good communicator (with clients and partners), able to reach sound conclusions based on the available data, and possess good understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing trends.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 1-2 years multimedia project experience (interactive website focus preferred); equivalent combination of education and client services experience will be considered.
• Track record of working on successful interactive marketing solutions.
• Ability to effectively work on multiple projects with competing deadlines and timelines in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.
• Experience writing detailed bids and proposals preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Web 2.0, social media, and web content management technologies (WordPress and/or Drupal) and their application to an interactive brand campaign.
• Strong proficiency in the use of MS Office applications
• Some proficiency in HTML/CSS is preferred
• Ability to interpret and act upon key project metrics
