What: Founded in 1996, Full Circle (www.fullcircle.com) is the Northwest’s leading organic produce delivery service and a fast growing national leader in the farm-to-table movement. We are looking for a rock star Inbound Marketing Manager who fits the description below. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of inbound marketing, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, blogging, content marketing, email, optimization and analytics; but also a curiosity about all traffic-driving media. We are looking for an experienced, mission-driven team player who is creative, analytical, inquisitive, proactive, and believes in what we’re doing.
Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements strategic marketing campaigns — drive e-commerce sales, encourage new prospects to convert to buyers, and increase overall value along the key stages of the customer lifecycle
• Analyze traffic, customer acquisition, and campaign statistics and results, and prepare performance summaries
• Manage campaigns and initiatives to meet customer acquisition and CPA goals
• Manage small team and agency relationships and function as the day-to-day point of contact
• Provide concise briefs and effective project management support
• Monitor trends in inbound marketing, including reviewing new sites, innovations and technologies

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 10 years in Marketing; at least five in Digital Marketing
• Exceptionally strong mathematic and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• A complete knowledge of interactive marketing concepts and practices, as well as a familiarity with offline media concepts
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pages, Keynote, Adobe publishing tools, SEO and social media monitoring tools; working knowledge of major email software platforms
• Working knowledge of online research tools
• Experience analyzing complex data, market research, and formulating actionable plans
• Effective time management, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
• Collaborative, team-oriented work style; function as a leader, and also work independently
