Position: Paid Search Marketing Specialist
What: At All Property Management, you’ll be part of a small team making a big impact on the real estate industry. Founded in 2004, and led by a team of Internet marketing veterans with a history of creating successful startups, we’re the largest directory of property management services on the web. We help property owners choose the property management services that will ultimately allow them to turn their real estate holdings into thriving, lucrative investments.
We’re looking for an up-and-coming Paid Search Marketing star to take ownership of one of our most critical channels. Thrilled by deep data dives and rigorous experimentation, you’ll be responsible for making discoveries that result in substantial, measurable growth. If you have a gift for intuitive math, a knack for writing copy, an obsession with building on small discoveries, and plenty of opinions, inquire within.

Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll: Continuously analyze key account metrics and refine campaigns accordingly; Research new keywords, and develop new campaigns; Implement content-network and retargeting campaigns via Google AdWords; Identify and test small search engines; Drive PPC campaign landing page creation, testing, and optimization; Provide regular performance reports
Requirements: You’ll need: A passion for data and data-driven decision making; A positive, creative, can-do approach; Excellent project management and communication skills; Paid search marketing experience; To know your way around Google Analytics
