Position: SEM/PCC Strategist
Where:  Seattle (Waterfront)

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

•Gather actionable data from our various sources to ensure consistent and continual optimization of campaigns.
• Generate and disseminate reports to ensure that the team is aware of campaign performance trends. Monitor multiple campaigns’ results daily and optimize as necessary for leads, margin and profitability
• Investigate, identify and resolve day-to-day campaign performance issues, including writing and testing ad copy, keywords, etc.
• Test and optimize landing pages for conversion rate and quality score
• Build and manage strong relationships with search engines and other vendors
• Monitor search market and communicate findings broadly to teams
• Confidently present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Assist in strategic planning to grow SEM business

Why you are awesome:

You have at least 2 years of hands-on SEM experience with Google, Yahoo, and Bing/MSN. You are smart, hyper-organized, detail oriented, analytical and unafraid of spreadsheets. Your passion is using data to forecast, make decisions and solve complex problems. You have a history of successfully managing external vendors and effectively communicate with many types of people. What you bring to the table:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years experience of hands-on SEM management, including bidding, building, optimizing and analyzing PPC campaigns
• Proven ability to identify data trends and build long-term, strategic plans
• Experience managing a P&L
• Ability to forecast accurately
• Proven success in executing various bidding tactics to reach goals
• Proven success optimizing ad copy for increased CTR, CR, and QS
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
•Ability to multi task in a deadline-driven environment

If you’ve got this, even better:
•Experience with A/B or Multi-variate testing and defining creative requirements for landing page or site testing
• Experience with Kenshoo or other bid tools
• Qualified Google Advertising Professional
