Responsibilities: · Participate in ongoing authentic dialogue, content creation and distribution, and serve as a helpful resource and credible voice for the Coinstar line of business online. Partner with Brand Management, Consumer Experience, and Public Relations to execute social media marketing programs. Distribute relevant and engaging content across social media platforms. Serve as primary spokesperson and first point of contact for consumer online community.
Requirements: Bachelors degree. 2+ years related experience with social media marketing. Conversant in SEO/SEM, web analytics, web technology, and mobile campaigns. Related experience of successfully supporting social media initiatives for a consumer brand. Relevant experience across key social media sites including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, YouTube, FourSquare, etc. Fluency in Spanish (speaking and writing) a big plus.
